Refund policy

All refunds are in the form of STORE CREDIT or a REPLACEMNET as close to the original as we can find . NO cash refunds will be issued. No Exceptions. All refunds/replacements are at UCC discretion only. ALL ORDERS SHIPPED BY UPS GROUND must be delivered by 2:00 PM to be covered under the live arrival Guarantee. If you know your UPS deliveries usually come late in the day DO NOT use ground. Use Next Day Air.
