Shipping policy

All coral is guaranteed for live arrival ONLY if it is delivered on time by UPS and someone is able to receive it on the first delivery attempt. Pictures of dead/dying coral must be sent within two hours of delivery time. Upper Cumberland Corals is NOT responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages by UPS or packages that are left unattended for several hours outside after delivery. By ordering you agree to NOT hold Upper Cumberland Corals responsible for UPS mishaps. We will assist you in filing a claim with UPS in the event of a issue and all reimbursement must come from UPS. I leave ground one day shipping a option because it is cheaper. If you use ground shipping it MUST be delivered by 2:00 PM to be covered under the live arrival guarantee. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF your normal UPS deliveries come late in the day do not use ground. We will not be responsible for replacements due to late day shipping deliveries if not sent via Next Day Air or Next Day Air Savers. We now ship fish but do NOT guarantee them for shipping.
